The ideal time to use this facial toner is after using your cleanser in the morning and evening. It helps remove the last traces of makeup and dirt from your skin. Spray the facial toner on the skin with the eyes closed ( avoid contact with the eye ). A partially wet compress with a cotton pad can be applied to dry areas.
